In realtà, siam ripartiti così, un po’ zoppicando dopo un anno di bellissime esperienze formative e viaggi e dopo l’entusiasmo della mia prima volta ad una maratona (Milano City Marthon 2015).
Verso la fine dell’anno, credevo di aver ricevuto l’ultima batosta e poi avrei ricominciato più forte, ma poi ne è arrivata un’altra proprio il giorno del mio compleanno. Un’altra cara amica è andata via proprio il 29 dicembre.
Ho corso tanto il giorno del mio compleanno e mentre, correndo, scorrevano velocemente i pensieri, ho continuato a chiedermi come avrei affrontato il nuovo anno. Mi sono detta però che non mi sarei fermata. Non ti puoi fermare dopo pochi chilometri e vanificare tutto.
Cioè è fisiologico: il corpo soffre ogni volta solo per i primi 4-5 chilometri, poi le pulsazioni cardiache si attestano su valori costanti così come la sudorazione; le gambe si abituano allo sforzo; il respiro non è più affannoso come nella prima mezzora. È proprio qui che comincia la resistenza!
È correndo che mi sento viva, così come quando scrivo. Antidoti che contrastano l’effetto degli ultimi giorni di fine anno in cui mi sono sentita sola e impotente, eppure condannata all’ottimismo.
ps. A proposito, Fabri, ho rubato un’immagine dal tuo tumblr, che ha continuato a postare per giorni anche quando già eri partito, dietro il comando della pubblicazione programmata… fa una certa sensazione. Non te la prenderai se per me rimarrai il mio miglior citazionista… insieme a Caparezza! 
Fabrizio e Marta sono state per me due “anime salve“.
Talismani che ti capitano tra le mani senza accorgertene. Messi sul tuo cammino, così, casualmente… perché portano bene e magari all’inizio non gli dai neanche tanta importanza. Te li metti in borsa sbadatamente, mentre continui la tua vita. Poi di loro, capirai, non potrai più farne a meno.
Con entrambi avevo cominciato una “relazione” da poco più di anno. Non ci conoscevamo da tanto tempo, non eravamo “vecchi amici” e cosa importa? Come spesso accade in tutti gli amori sbadati e inaspettati, la nostra intesa si era nutrita di qualità, non di quantità.
Con entrambi è stato un caso, appunto.
Con Fabri proprio in occasione della Maratona di Milano; lui, il marziano per eccellenza, sbucatomi all’improvviso alle spalle con un grosso sorriso (e un’incredibile favella!) dopo avermi vista gironzolare attorno al banchetto dei Podisti da Marte e chiedere informazioni su questa associazione di cui avevo sentito parlare tanto e favorevolmente sia dal mondo dei runner (di cui ormai facevo parte da un paio d’anni) sia dell’associazionismo (dal quale provengo per lavoro).
“Allora, ci stai? Corri con noi la prossima Maratona?”, perché per lui, uomo empatico, era già fatta!
Neanche ti conosco – pensavo – e già al polso avevo il braccialetto giallo di gomma…
Con Marta, la ragazza di Bassano del Grappa, è stato un altro caso. Anzi, social. Linkedin, per la precisione.
(Linkedin serve tantissimo!)
Dopo aver curiosato e mostrato interesse per il suo blog (Blog di Viaggi) che tratta di viaggi (la passione in comune!) e le dovute presentazioni, arriva la proposta: “Perché non collabori con noi? Prima di essere una travel-blogger mi scrivi un paio di pezzi, proviamo.. ”
La poliedricità e versatilità di Marta; il suo essere in mille posti di cui andavo fiera anche tra le altre amiche; l’incredibile senso di praticità (tra mail, telefonate, messaggi, whatsppate, incontri fugaci e corse… daje 
). La sua ironia spiazzante. Queste cose di lei mi porterò sempre dentro.Le settimane passavano e il mio feeling con loro cresceva e crescevano i progetti: le “missioni marziane”, così come i miei post sul portale, si succedevano mese dopo mese.
E più cresceva l’intesa e più non potevo fare a meno della loro energia, del loro carisma, della loro passione.
Perché è bello davvero vedere, sentire, vivere le persone appassionate del proprio lavoro! Gente innamorata della propria “causa” così come del proprio compagno o compagna.
Marta e Fabrizio probabilmente non sapevano neanche chi fossero l’un l’altra. Non hanno avuto niente in comune, ma per me sì. E non solo per i progetti che avevo programmato con entrambi (programmo sempre qualcosa con chi mi travolge), ma per quella particolare ispirazione che sentivo nello star loro vicina. Per quel loro seme carismatico che faceva l’amore con l’intuizione portatrice di idee e le rendevano concrete! Con loro, il frutto generato ha alimentato rivoluzioni e mutazioni in chi li ha circondati e ha provocato entusiasmi. La vita rinasceva.
Ammetto. Ho sempre avuto un debole per i “leader”, i brillanti intellettualmente, i folli e gli impegnati nel sociale. Insieme diventano per me un cocktail che è pura droga.
Eccolo il mio drink: il “Pure Cosi” avevo coniato (da leggersi all’inglese). E finché ho potuto, ho voluto ubriacarmi della loro energia perché potessi appropriarmene nel lavoro e nella vita di tutti i giorni.
Il finale non era previsto.
Accettiamo, ma ad una condizione: non c’è più tempo.
La cruda brevità della vita mi ha insegnato ora, davvero, a vivere d’istanti. Abbiamo perso fin troppo tempo lo scorso anno in questioni futili, in amicizie e rapporti zavorrati e abbiamo perso fin troppe persone per motivi “d’amore, di morte e di altre sciocchezze”, basta..
Ricostruiamoci, non c’è tempo.
Ci sono ancora un sacco di chilometri da fare di corsa che ci aspettano e altrettanti di questo mondo da percorrere e visitare. Ri-partiamo, forza!
